FSMO 主機是在哪台dc上面
netdom query fsmo
ntdsutil 強制移轉
指令操作(強制移轉，用於第一台DC已經掛了)
cmd
ntdsutil
roles
connections
connect to server "第二台DC的名稱"
quit
seize rid master
seize pdc
seize infrastructure master
seize domain naming master (這個會有語法錯誤訊息，不過沒關係在刪除 domain control 的時候會再次出現是否移轉。點選yes就可以了)
seize schema master
