做法：
要處理刪不掉的裝置，需要下載 BluetoothCLTools
然後打開cmd或powershell
在C:\Program Files (x86)\Bluetooth Command Line Tools\bin>目錄下命令輸入btpair -u後按下enter，等一下就搞定了
